  I work at Borders and I recently saw this on the shelf. I love kerouac and burroughs but I don't know whats stopping me from picking it up. I guess I'm scared to be disappointed?

    The reviews aren't all that enthusiastic. It's apparently more interesting because of who the writers became and the story behind it than anything actually between the covers.
